Everyone's favorite funky feline is making an appearance at the Downtown Main Library on Saturday, Aug. 8 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Join the Library for Rockin' into School with Eric Litwin, author of the original Pete the Cat books. Eric will sing and perform, followed by a book signing and photos.
Other activities include:
- Pete the Cat mascot meet & greet
- Button making station
- Dance floor
- Games
- Pin the Button on Pete
- Tic - Cat - Toe
- Coloring pages
- Little Fox Faces - airbrush tattoos and balloon animals
- Kona Ice
The event is free and open to the public. Books will be available for purchase through Joseph-Beth Booksellers. A portion of the proceeds support The Library Foundation.
