Important improvements at the Madeira Branch are being made to help keep the Library comfortable and welcoming for years to come.
Work to replace the Madeira Branch's heating and cooling system is underway. You may notice temporary changes to building access while construction crews work in different areas of the branch.
Entrance Changes
Through Aug. 2, please use the Euclid Avenue entrance, as the main entrance is temporarily closed for construction.
Between Aug. 3-5, please use the main entrance. The Euclid Entrance will be temporarily closed.
Beginning Aug. 6, both the main and Euclid Avenue entrances will be open for use.
What to Know About Branch Closure
The Madeira Branch will close to the public beginning Monday, Aug. 17, while work continues to replace the building's heating and cooling system. Curbside service will be available during the closure.
