CHPL's Madeira Branch will be closed to the public beginning Monday, Aug. 17, while work continues to replace the building's heating and cooling system.
Curbside service will be available during the closure.

The Madeira Branch Library, opened in 1965, received an Interior Updates project in July 2020. These necessary improvements within the building accounted for years of normal wear and tear.
This Interior Updates project included:
- Updated carpet and paint throughout the branch
- Reversing the adult and children’s areas of the building in order to offer improved customer service and better meet the needs of the community.
