With 2021 happily in the past, the new year has arrived! For many of us that means making our new year’s resolutions of the goals we aim to complete in 2022. If you’re still looking for a new year’s resolution, or if you’ve already “paused” your original resolutions (no judgment here!), the Library is where you can start fresh with these ideas for 2022.

Meet New Books and People

For many of us, meeting people has gotten a lot harder during the pandemic. One great way to meet new people and new books is through a book club. CHPL branch libraries host several books clubs both in person and virtually. Explore upcoming book club meetings, opens a new window and find one that’s right for you.

If you already have a group of people in mind, start your own book club! The Library offers resources for book clubs, opens a new window to check out multiple copies of the same title with no late fees, and more. You can even explore staff picks, opens a new window created specifically for book clubs with titles sure to kick off a great discussion.
