Celebrate the opening of the Symmes Township Branch at its new location at 11850 Enyart Rd., Loveland, Ohio, 45140 on April 11, 2026.
The family-friendly event kicks off with a ribbon-cutting and remarks from library leadership at 10 a.m. The fun will continue with activities for all ages until 4 p.m.
The new building is a Big Next Generation Library; an approx. 22,000 square foot facility featuring exciting amenities.
Features to celebrate include:
- 30% larger fully ADA-accessible building, designed for comfort and inclusivity
- Renewable energy features, including geothermal heating and solar energy panels
- Pedestrian-friendly parking lot for safer, easier access
- Convenient drive-thru service
- After-hours holds pick-up for flexible access
- Open marketplace for quick pickup of holds and new materials
- MakerSpace including vinyl printer, large format scanner, photo printer, and a button maker
- Expanded meeting spaces for community gatherings and events
- Cozy fireplace and quiet reading section
- Dedicated teen space
- Interactive kids' play space that supports literacy and exploration
The Symmes Township’s new building is guided by CHPL's Facility Master Plan, which outlines improvements to your 41 library locations with input from more than 3,000 community members to create more welcoming, accessible spaces.
