The polls are open today, Tuesday, May 6, until 7:30 p.m. for the 2025 primary and special election.
Hamilton County residents have the opportunity to choose candidates to represent their party in the November general election in a number of local offices, including mayor of Cincinnati.
The ballot also includes several school district levies and a statewide ballot initiative, Issue 2, which is a constitutional amendment proposing the renewal and expansion of Ohio’s public infrastructure funding program.
For more information on the election — including checking your registration status, where to vote, finding your sample ballot, and the pros and cons of Issue 2 — please visit the Hamilton County Board of Elections’ May 2025 primary page.
