Just in time for the most romantic month of year, Library users can experience the beloved ballet Swan Lake by using a Discovery Pass. Take in stunning choreography backed by Tchaikovsky’s iconic score.
Whether you’re looking for a special date night idea, wanting to get lost in the magic of the stage with a friend, or discovering the magic of the ballet for the first time, Swan Lake is an unforgettable experience.
Please note: Tickets are limited to two tickets per Library cardholder on specified dates/times: Sunday, Feb. 15 at 1 p.m. and Thursday, Feb. 19 at 7:30 p.m.
How to Get Your Discovery Pass for Swan Lake
Ready for a night (or afternoon) at the ballet? Reserve your Discovery Pass tickets now, as quantities are limited. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how!
- Head to the Library’s Discovery Pass webpage, click on “Reserve a Pass.”
- Login using your Library card credentials.
- Locate Cincinnati Ballet on the Discovery Pass webpage, and follow the prompts to reserve tickets, which are limited to two tickets per Library cardholder.
- Once you begin the process of retrieving your pass via the Library’s Discovery Pass webpage, click on “reserve your tickets online in advance.”
- You’re nearly done! Next, you must complete the reservation process on cballet.org to receive the complimentary tickets.
- Claim your tickets before the performance on Cincinnati Ballet’s website. Your discount for complimentary tickets will be applied at checkout.
- You will receive a final confirmation email from tickets@cballet.org listing your seat location, date, and time of performance.
Please note the following considerations:
- This Discovery Pass offer is valid for two free tickets per cardholder in Zones 2-4 on the specified dates: Sunday, Feb. 15 at 1 p.m. and Thursday, Feb. 19 at 7:30 p.m.
- Additional tickets will incur regular box office fees.
- If you complete steps 1 through 4 above then can’t find the link to the Cincinnati Ballet’s ticketing website on step 5 above, visit CHPL.org/discovery-pass, click My Reservations, and follow the necessary steps to redeem the complimentary tickets using Cincinnati Ballet's ticketing portal via the provided link.
