This February, 34 lucky stuffed animals got to spend the night at the Downtown Main Library!
Youth Librarian Emily Mays took the stuffed animals on many adventures overnight from making buttons in MakerSpace...
...to checking out the Downtown Main Library's two floors of closed stacks (the areas where Library staff store books for customers.)
The stuffed animals had a great time and stayed up well past their bedtimes. In the morning, they got booklets to take home with photos from their adventure.
According to staff, "The kids were SO excited to pick up their stuffed animals and multiple families sat down right away to read the booklet together."
