A pandemic can't stop the Library from providing creativity, imagination, and fun! If you love our arts and crafts events, check out our free Take & Make kits for kids and teens.
Currently available at select branches and launching system-wide Nov. 9, Take & Make kits are to-go activity bags that children and teens can have fun with from the safety of their own homes.
“Take & Make kits are an opportunity for families in Cincinnati and Hamilton County to take home a piece of what they have loved in our more traditional library programs—a chance to explore, investigate, learn, and grow," said Lifelong Learning Manager Maggie Killman. “These free, pre-assembled, take-home programs contain everything you'll need to try out a new project or craft, including prompts to help families and kids keep thinking and learning long after the project itself is done.”
Here are just a few examples of what’s in store. Happy creating!

Thaumatrope Optical Illusion – Green Township Branch
