Public service-focused job fair this Thursday

CINCINNATI — With unemployment at a historic low, many employers are eager to fill jobs for those still out there looking for work – and the Library, along with other government agencies and public service employers are ready to help.

The newly-refreshed Deer Park Branch of the Cincinnati & Hamilton County Public Library is hosting a public service sector job fair. With plenty of free parking, right on the bus line and late afternoon hours, this job fair is ripe to connect those looking for work or to jump to a job serving their community.

Prospective employees will find job recruiters and job placement professionals at the job fair. Partners with the Library include Cincinnati Metro/SORTA, the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority, IKRON Corporation, the Hamilton County government and others. Special thanks to our partners — the Southwest Ohio Region Workforce Investment Board and OhioMeansJobs — for their support.
