Paula Brehm-Heeger is the Eva Jane Romaine Coombe Director of the Cincinnati & Hamilton County Public Library.

With a focus on expanding access, community and civic engagement and innovation, Paula is a strong and passionate advocate for public libraries. She oversees our community’s 41 location system that includes 40 branches and a Main Library serving more than 800,000 people.
Our Facilities Master Plan is guiding a multi-year improvement project we call Building the Next Generation Library.
The lab is a partnership to preserve and conserve the collections of the Cincinnati & Hamilton County Public Library and the University of Cincinnati Libraries.
