The Cincinnati & Hamilton County Public Library's annual literary showdown has returned! This year's "teams" are the most popular authors based on checkouts by CHPL customers. Submit your Book Bracket and vote for your favorite authors until one is crowned winner in the "Championship Chapter" on April 7, 2024.
There's more than just bragging rights on the line. Enter your Book Bracket by March 18, 2024 for a chance to get CHPL branded prizes.
How to Participate
First, print your book bracket and fill it out: there are 16 popular “teams" to choose from. Submit a photo of your completed bracket using the form below or on one of our related social media posts below by noon EST on March 18, 2024. Winners will be selected at random, so everyone who enters, regardless of what's on your bracket, has a chance to win CHPL branded prizes at the end of the tournament!
Starting March 19, 2024, the Library will host polls on our Facebook and X pages where you can determine which author moves on from the “Storied Sixteen” all the way to winning the “Championship Chapter.”
Make sure you comment on our Book Bracket social media posts. You may only submit one bracket.
