What do you know about the COVID-19 vaccine rollout? The Center for Closing the Health Gap, Hamilton County Public Health, and Xavier University are partnering to ensure everyone in our county stays informed about COVID-19 testing, vaccine trials, and vaccinations. They’re seeking community opinions, questions, and concerns that the community may have about getting vaccinated for COVID-19, once a vaccine is available in our area.
One easy way to take part is through this anonymous online survey, opens a new window. If you’re interested in getting involved further by participating in a Xavier University study, you can share your contact information at the end of the online survey.
African American Community Feedback & Support
The partners would particularly like to hear from and offer support to the African American community. They are seeking volunteers to take part in focus groups, opens a new window and offering free support groups , opens a new windowfor those currently experiencing stress and anxiety.
Free COVID-19 Testing at Your Local Library
Did you know your library is providing free COVID-19 testing, opens a new window through December? The Cincinnati & Hamilton County Public Library is teaming up with Hamilton County's Test and Protect, opens a new window initiative to offer free COVID-19 testing in communities around the greater Cincinnati area. This opportunity is available to anyone who lives, works, or goes to school in Ohio.
Every week through the end of this year, the Library is providing three one-day testing locations to allow fair access across the county. Testing is walk-up only. Limit your wait time with pre-registration, opens a new window.
