Bundle up with new challenges and prizes in CHPL's 5th annual winter challenge for adults! This year's Winter Checkout Challenge gives you the chance to earn prizes by doing something you love - using the Library! Starting on January 16, complete five challenges at CHPL's 41 locations, or from the comfort of your home, to win.
How it Works
Signing up for the Winter Checkout Challenge is easy, quick, and best of all comes with a free prize! Starting on January 16, either visit one of our 41 library locations and ask for an entry form or sign up online. You’ll also receive a stylish Winter Checkout Challenge tote bag just for joining the challenge. You must be 18 years or older to participate.
Once you’ve started your Winter Checkout Challenge, you’ll see 16 exciting activities ranging from downloading a song on Freegal to using our Hot Authors service to find your new favorite read. Complete any five activities below. Visit any CHPL library by February 26, 2024 to pick up a mug for completing the challenge!
