Computers are available to reserve across all of CHPL's 41 library locations. To reserve a desktop computer, simply ask a staff member!
Use one of the Library's desktop PC computers to learn to type, get a free email account, write a resume, search for jobs online, download and listen to music, build your first webpage, and much more. Every staff member is ready to assist you.

Prefer a Laptop?
Stay connected throughout our buildings with freestanding laptop-dispensing kiosks.
These dispensers securely hold laptops, which have the same suite of software as the Library’s public desktop computers. Customers can check out and return laptops directly from the kiosk unit with radio-frequency identification (RFID) technology. Library cardholders may borrow one laptop at a time for two hours of use in the Library building.
The kiosks are located in the Main Library’s Coworking Space and Atrium, and the Avondale, Cheviot, Clifton, College Hill, Corryville, Covedale, Deer Park, Forest Park, Groesbeck, Loveland, Madisonville, opens a new window, Mariemont, Mt. Healthy, Mt. Washington, North Central, Pleasant Ridge, Price Hill, Reading, St. Bernard, Walnut Hills, and Westwood branches.
