In-Person Tax Assistance
Limited in-person free tax preparation and assistance will be provided by volunteers from the United Way Free Tax Prep initiative and AARP Tax Aide program starting in February 2025.

DIY Online Tax Return Preparation
For taxpayers wishing to file tax returns on their own, MyFreeTaxes is available for all taxpayers earning less than $84,000 annually.
MyFreeTaxes offers support for different needs. People can access year-round support from IRS VITA-certified specialists via the toll-free MyFreeTaxes Helpline, email, and live chat. And MyFreeTaxes guides for gig workers, small businesses and childcare centers offer even more detailed guidance. This multifaceted support system helps people get timely, relevant assistance – and helps foster financial well-being.
