The city that crafts together, stays together—at least in spirit! As the cold weather moves in and spikes in coronavirus continue throughout the country, your library is getting crafty (pun intended) with ways to stay connected while we stay inside.
Due to the huge success of our initial round of Take & Make craft kits, we’re launching three new craft kits for toddlers, kids, and teens at all of our open library locations.
Here’s a peek at the three kits:
"Our fall Take & Make kits were designed to keep youth in our community thinking, problem-solving, and connecting with others, all while celebrating the power of song, friendship, and fun to help keep youth engaged even in times when we cannot all be together," said Lifelong Learning Manager Maggie Killman.
Grab your kit at your nearest library branch, either inside or using our curbside or drive-thru service. Then, hop on Zoom with your best buds to craft together! Snap a pic of your creation and tag @cincylibrary on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter to share your work with us. For more information, visit our Take & Make webpage.
